Resources for Recovering Resilience: Finding Equanimity Amidst Our Busy, Buzzing Thoughts

This week’s resource is the link to a completely delightful 4-minute video called The Fly by Hanjin Song. I’ve seen the video many times in trainings I’ve taken. I finally incorporated it into my own training in Bouncing Back at Spirit Rock Meditation Center last Saturday. It’s an artful portrayal of the suffering we cause ourselves when we can’t tolerate the pesky thoughts that intrude on our peace of mind. Enjoy!
