My friend and colleague Fred Luskin pioneered much of the early research on forgiveness in his Stanford Forgiveness Project, results published in his best-selling book

Forgive for Good: A Proven Prescription for Health and Happiness.

I wrote an e-newsletter about Fred and Jack Kornfield’s daylong training on forgiveness through the Greater Good Science Center in May 2010.

Now Fred has produced a nifty app that presents the key concepts and practices of that research in an interactive format with 30 brief audio recordings by Fred as well.
