Resources for Recovering Resilience: Three Flavors of Mindfulness

I receive a lot of positive feedback, pretty much every day, about the value of these offerings, through these posts and various trainings, Please join me if you can, and spread the word if you can, about three upcoming opportunities to help people recover their resilience and deepen their mindfulness and self-compassion and strengthen their faith, in themselves and in these practices, that they can. Very different venues and formats; each powerfully transformative. Thank you!

Loving ourselves points us to capacities of resilience, compassion, and understanding within that are simply part of being alive. – Sharon Salzberg

Participants learn:

* Loving kindness and compassion practices that allow them to keep their hearts open in moments of struggle and suffering.

* Mindfulness practices that allow them to see their experiences more clearly and accept them more calmly and resiliently.

* An understanding our common humanity brings them out of isolation into connection and resources again.

* Practices of loving connected presence that allow them not just to feel better but to cope wisely when they are feeling bad.
