Haven-ing – One of the Best Practices Ever to Restore Calm and Well-Being

Dr. Robin Youngson of Raglan, New Zealand has developed one of the most elegant, efficient, reliable tools for returning the nervous system to a state of calm and well-being of any of the many practices I know of and teach/practice myself.
