Renew Your Energy for Recovering Your Resilience
I want to alert you to a special training coming up on Cultivating Resilience with Compassion, Clarity, and Courage, July 31-August 1, 2021.
We all may be a little pooped out from coping with more than a year of sheltering from a global pandemic. We may be a little Zoomed out from connecting with friends and engaging in workshops/films/concerts/travel only online. We may want, and truly need, a break to renew, restore, refresh ourselves.
And, in its own way, this live online training may provide the renewal and refreshing ourselves that might be very, very relevant and life-giving right now.
The two-day training (10am-1pmPDT each day) integrates practices from Western psychology and the Buddhist wisdom tradition to deepen mindful empathy and self-compassion, connect in healthy and nourishing relationships, reverse the impacts of any stress or trauma, and use conscious reflection to discern options and make the wise choices that lead to thriving and flourishing.
Whether coping with small annoyances or full-blown disasters, you can learn to navigate any storm through a step-by-step process that strengthens the response flexibility—innate in your brain and your being—that you need to find calm, clarity, and courage amidst any adversity.
