Resilience – capacities and inner resources to cope quickly and effectively with any crisis or distress - is always needed.
We lose our car keys and our wallet. We discover mold in the bathroom. Our dearest friend moves across country. Our dearest friend gets a diagnosis of lung cancer or COVID-19.
Especially in times of rapid change and uncertainty, skills of resilience are needed more than ever. We need to learn the strategies and deepen the underlying practices that allow us to cope with any disappointment, any difficulty, and any disaster.
And to learn that we can.
The resources you’ll receive in this program from Linda Graham, internationally recognized author and trainer of resilience:
Receive 8 weekly pre-recorded classes every Thursday to study at your own pace, and join us now to attend the 3 lives classes throughout June and July

3 live Q&A sessions, June 25, July 9, and July 30, when you can interact directly with Linda and get your questions answered.
You can learn at your own pace, any time you wish.
How resilience develops in the first place, in your brain and in your being. What derails your resilience; how to use the neuroplasticity, also innate in your brain, to get your resilience back on track in ways that are safe, efficient, and effective.
Reduce the impact of stress and trauma on your nervous system and return to a stable state of calm and centeredness, not too revved up or too shut down.
Manage surges of negative disruptive emotions and the brain’s negativity bias that would derail your resilience and dump you out of your boat, and…
Cultivate the positive emotions – gratitude, kindness, compassion, awe, joy, delight - that foster more openness to learning, more optimism, more learning and growth, and lead directly to more resilience.
Nourish the self-awareness and self-acceptance that recover your inner secure base of resilience and allow you to (re)claim your own inner strengths of resilience.
Deepen the trust and connections with other people who can serve as reliable refuges and resources for safety and healing in times of trouble and tragedy.
Steady the mindful awareness that allows you to see clearly what’s happening (and your reactions to what’s happening), discern options and make wise choices.
Learn the dozens of powerful experiential exercises and strategies that create new habits of resilient coping and cultivate the resilience mindset that allows you to transform any adversity into learning and growth.
Explore the lifestyle choices and practices that maintain your capacities and strategies for resilience over the long haul.
For 25 years, my work has focused on helping people strengthen capacities to cope with the challenges and crises of their lives, recover an authentic sense of self, deepen into healthy, resonant relationships, and engage with the world through meaningful and purposeful work.
If you have any interest at all in learning how to move from surviving to skillful coping to thriving and flourishing, I sincerely encourage you to enroll in Resilience 2.0.
The Resilience 2.0 course is based on the research I’ve presented in Bouncing Back: Rewiring Your Brain for Maximum Resilience and Well-Being and streamlined in the course book Resilience: Powerful Practices for Bouncing Back from Disappointment, Difficulty, and Even Disaster. I’ve taught the tools and techniques developed in these books to thousands of clinicians and lay people for almost ten years, throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
These practices do work to help us cope resiliently with challenges and thrive in our lives. I invite you to experience that growth and transformation for yourself.
I invite you to learn how to sail your own ship.
Resilience 2.0™ is being offered now, in a time of great disruption and uncertainty, while we are dealing with and still reeling from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. [See “pandemic resources” page on this website for immediate and effective tools and resources.]
And…resilience is always needed to cope with the challenges and crises inevitable in the human condition. Resilience 2.0™ offers tools to cope with any level of disruption to your well-being. You learn new skills and strategies to cope with anything, anything at all.
